PORTFOLIO: ADIRONDACK

All of the miniature oil paintings (on panel) in this series were completed in the Adirondacks during a visit in August of 2003. The twelve large paintings on canvas were completed in my studio in subsequent months. Although based on the miniatures and sketches completed on site, these paintings include more exaggerated, energetic brushwork and color that has been heightened.
